功能

Metalloproteinase inhibitor 4 is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the TIMP4 gene. This gene belongs to the tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinases gene family. The proteins encoded by this gene family are inhibitors of the matrix metalloproteinases, a group of peptidases involved in degradation of the extracellular matrix. The secreted, netrin domain-containing protein encoded by this gene is involved in regulation of platelet aggregation and recruitment and may play role in hormonal regulation and endometrial tissue remodeling.

After incubation of the primary antibody at +4℃ for an hour, the cells were stained with a iFluor&trade; 488 conjugate-Goat anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary antibody (<a href="/products/HA1121" style="font-weight: bold;text-decoration: underline;">HA1121</a>) at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at +4℃. Unlabelled sample was used as a control (cells without incubation with primary antibody; black).

    Cells were fixed and permeabilized. Then stained with the primary antibody (HA724186, 1/1,000) (red) compared with Rabbit IgG Isotype Control (green). After incubation of the primary antibody at +4℃ for an hour, the cells were stained with a iFluor™ 488 conjugate-Goat anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary antibody (HA1121) at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at +4℃. Unlabelled sample was used as a control (cells without incubation with primary antibody; black).
