产品描述:
Anti-DYKDDDDK 免疫磁珠来源于 Anti-DYKDDDDK [A2-A4]重组鼠单克隆抗体,与直径为 30-150 μm 的琼脂糖磁珠共价偶联。 [A2-A4]抗体能识别包含 Flag 多肽序列(DYKDDDDK)的融合蛋白。[A2-A4]可特异性地结合哺乳动物和细菌提取物中的甲硫氨酸修饰的 N 端 Flag 融合蛋白、C 端 Flag 融合蛋白。
Anti-DYKDDDDK 免疫磁珠可用于常用的免疫沉淀程序检测和捕获 Flag 标记的融合蛋白。可以通过磁性吸附实现快速高效的分离,无需离心操作,以促进实验过程。例如重复洗涤或处理多孔板中的多个样品。

产品形式:Anti-DYKDDDDK 免疫磁珠保存在 PBS,pH7.4 添加防腐剂的缓冲液中,以 20%的悬浮液形式提供。
结合能力:每 1mL 纯磁珠可结合≥0.6mg Flag 融合蛋白,测试蛋白C 端融合 Flag 标签,分子量为 70KDa 的蛋白。
