Whole IgG antibodies are isolated as intact molecules from antisera by immunoaffinity chromatography. They have an Fc portion and two antigen binding Fab portions joined together by disulfide bonds and therefore they are divalent. The average molecular weight is reported to be about 160 kDa. The whole IgG form of antibodies is suitable for the majority of immunodetection procedures and is the most cost effective.Phycoerythrin (PE) is a fluorescent protein isolated and purified from red algae. Because of its strong fluorescence, good light absorption performance and high quantum yield, it has a wide excitation and emission range in the visible spectrum region, so in the fluorescence of immunofluorescence, immunohistochemistry, flow cytometry and other antibodies Marking and in vivo imaging have a wide range of applications.

Then stained with the primary antibody (<a href="/products/HA722735" style="font-weight: bold;text-decoration: underline;">HA722735</a>, 1μg/mL) (red) compared with Rabbit IgG Isotype Control (green). After incubation of the primary antibody at +4℃ for an hour, the cells were stained with a PE conjugate-Goat anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary antibody (<a href="/products/HA1014" style="font-weight: bold;text-decoration: underline;">HA1014</a>) at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at +4℃. Unlabelled sample was used as a control (cells without incubation with primary antibody; black).
