功能
Endostatin is a naturally occurring, 20-kDa C-terminal fragment derived from type XVIII collagen. It is reported to serve as an anti-angiogenic agent, similar to angiostatin and thrombospondin. Endostatin is a broad-spectrum angiogenesis inhibitor and may interfere with the pro-angiogenic action of growth factors such as basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF/FGF-2) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF). A developmental disorder primarily characterized by typical eye abnormalities, including high myopia, cataracts, dislocated lens, vitreoretinal degeneration, and retinal detachment, with occipital skull defects, which can range from occipital encephalocele to occult cutis aplasia. An autosomal dominant form of primary glaucoma, an ocular disease characterized by a marked increase of intraocular pressure causing damage to eye structures and function. GLCC is characterized by elevated intraocular pressure due to iridocorneal angle closure with retention of the aqueous humor in the anterior chamber. Iridocorneal angle changes are apparent in the fourth to fifth decade of life, and patients manifest age-related variation in the severity of glaucomatous damage.

Wells of the plate were washed, blocked with 150 µl 0.05% tween-20 1% BSA blocking buffer, and incubated with serial diluted Recombinant Human Endostatin protein (<a href="/products/HA211001" style="font-weight: bold;text-decoration: underline;">HA211001</a>) starting from 5000 pg/ml to 0 pg/ml and detect antibody (<a href="/products/HA723790" style="font-weight: bold;text-decoration: underline;">HA723790</a>, Biotin, 0.2 µg/ml) for 1 hour at 30℃ with shaking. Then the plate was washed and incubated with 100 µl per well of SA-HRP for 0.5 hour at 30℃ with shaking. Detection was performed using an Ultra TMB Substrate for 10 minutes at room temperature in the dark.
