功能
HGF（肝细胞生长因子，散射因子）诱导上皮细胞，肝细胞，软骨细胞，角质形成细胞，黑色素细胞，内皮细胞和许多肿瘤细胞的增殖和迁移。在器官发生和组织修复过程中，HGF通过诱导细胞散射和分支小管生成来促进上皮/内皮形态发生。它还支持胰腺β细胞的胰岛素产生，神经元存活和免疫耐受。HGF作为前肽分泌，在组织损伤部位被uPA或HGF激活剂激活。其通过受体HGF R/c-MET的信号传导通过其先前与硫酸乙酰肝素蛋白聚糖的结合而增强。血清 HGF 水平在多种病理中升高，包括肝损伤、急性肾衰竭、心肌梗塞、1 型糖尿病、肥胖和癌症，以及类风湿性关节炎患者的滑液。
