Detection of beta-actin in HeLa Cell Lysates Visualized with SuperSignal ECL Western Blotting Substrate. A two-fold dilution series of HeLa whole cell lysate was prepared and loaded at 1000, 500, 125, 63, 31, 16, 8, 4, 2 and 0 ng per lane. Samples were transferred onto PVDF membrane and probed with 1 ug/mL of Mouse Anti- beta-actin Monoclonal Antibody (Huabio, Catalog # EM21002) followed by HRP-conjugated Goat anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Huabio, Catalog # HA1006). SuperSignal ECL Western Blotting Substrate reagent was applied for 3 minute. Lanes are visualized on 1 minute exposure.

Detection of Recombinant Human PTP1B Visualized with SuperSignal ECL Western Blotting Substrate. A two-fold dilution series of HeLa whole cell lysate was prepared and loaded at 800, 400, 200, 100, 50, 25, 12.5, 6.25, 3.1 and 1.55 pg per lane. Samples were transferred onto PVDF membrane and probed with 0.8 ug/mL of Mouse Anti- PTP1B Monoclonal Antibody (Huabio, Catalog # M1511-7) followed by HRP-conjugated Goat anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Huabio, Catalog # HA1006). SuperSignal ECL Western Blotting Substrate reagent was applied for 3 minute. Lanes are visualized on 1 minute exposure.
