Introduction
HA-tag is derived from the human influenza hemagglutinin (HA) molecule corresponding to amino acids 98-106. and is commonly expressed as a tag in conjunction with proteins to aid in identification and purification of the tagged protein for functional analysis. This antibody recognizes the HA-tag sequence YPYDVPDYA at the N-terminus, C-terminus or internal site of fusion protein.

Western blot analysis of Anti-HA-HRP with HA tag-tagged Recombinant protein at 20ng per lane.
Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% BSA in PBS for 1 hour at room temperature. The primary antibody (NB003H) was used in 5% BSA at room temperature for 2 hours at 1 in 2,000 dilution (Lane 1) and 1 in 10,000 dilution (Lane 2) respectively.
